Robert B. Mitinger, Jr. was born in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. He attended
The Pennsylvania State University (B.A., 1962) (Fraternity: Sigma Alpha
Epsilon). In 1961, he was an All-American end for Penn State and was a
starting linebacker for the 1963 American Football League champion San
Diego Chargers. Mr. Mitinger received his legal education at the University
of San Diego (J.D., 1966)(Phi Delta Phi). He served in the U. S. Army
from 1966 to 1968. From 1968 to 1969, Mitinger practiced law in San Diego,
California, as an Attorney for the American Football League Players Association,
Jack Kemp, President. He moved to Greensburg, Pa., was admitted to the
Pennsylvania Bar in 1969 and worked in the Trust Department of Southwest
Bank. In 1971, Mr. Mitinger moved back to State College, where he has
practiced law emphasizing in Real Estate, Corporations, Personal Injury,
Wills and Estates, Civil Litigation and Family Law. He was an Instructor
at Penn State in Business and Real Estate Law from 1970 to 1994. Mr. Mitinger
is the Solicitor of the Builders Association of Central Pa., the Spring
Township Zoning Hearing Board and the Benner Township Water Authority. Anthony G. De Boef was born in Des Moines, Iowa. He attended the University of Iowa (B.A., Communications, with honors, 1983) and received his legal education at the University of Kansas School of Law (J.D., 1989) (Phi Delta Phi). Mr. De Boef was admitted to the Iowa Bar in 1990 and the Pennsylvania Bar in 1994. After working in Iowa as an Associate Attorney for a law firm and as an Assistant District Attorney, he moved to Pennsylvania, where he practiced as an Assistant District Attorney in Centre County (1995 to 1998). He was an instructor in the Political Science Department at Penn State in 1996 and 1998. Joining Mr. Mitinger in 1998, Mr. De Boef practices law emphasizing in Criminal and Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Family Law, Collections and District Magistrate Hearings. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Bellefonte YMCA, Child Development and Family Council of State College, and is a member of the Nittany Valley Track Club, an Elks Club Member and a Board Member of Our Children's Center Montessori School. Fred B. Miller was born in Tyrone, Pennsylvania. He attended the Pennsylvania State University (B.S., Finance, 1993). He received his legal education at Dickinson School of Law of Pennsylvania State University (J.D. 1997). While at Dickinson, he participated in the Municipal Law Clinic and was a recipient of the Insurance Law Award. After being admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1997, Mr. Miller served as the Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable David E. Grine, Centre County Judge, from 1998 to 2001. He began practicing law with Robert Mitinger, Esquire, in 2001, emphasizing in Civil and Criminal Litigation, Wills and Estates, Real Estate law, Corporations, Personal Injury and Family Law. Mr. Miller has been a member of the Centre County Bar Association and the Wilkinson-Campbell American Inn of Court since 1998. He is a member of the Elks Club and the Rotary Club of Tyrone. | |
