Blair County Home & Garden Show The Blair County Home & Garden Show will take place at the Jaffa
Mosque March 7th-9th. The show is open from 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. Friday, 10
a.m. - 9 p.m. Saturday, and Noon - 5 p.m. Sunday. Over 100 exhibitors will be
present at the show. Exhibitor booths include home builders, carpet stores,
landscapers, banks, painters, window companies, interior designers, and
furniture stores. Highlighting this year's show is the guest appearance by Jim
Parks, star of HGTV's "New Spaces." Parks will host seminars each day of the

free.
Easter Bunny Arrival The Easter Bunny arrives at the Nittany Mall March 8th at 10 a.m. This year the Easter Bunny will be located near Dino's Restaurant. An Easter egg decorating contest will also take place from 10 a.m. - Noon. Participants will be divided into the following age groups, 2-6 and 7-11. Friday & Saturday, March 7th & 8th Film: War Dance The State Theatre This documentary follows a group of school children from Uganda as they travel through war zones to make it to the final round of a national dance and music competition. For a list of movie times, visit the theater's website.
Sunday, March 9th Charter Day Noon - 5:00 p.m. PA Military Museum Admission to the museum is free in celebration of the Charter of 1681 which founded "Penns Woods."

Toys For Tots Literacy Program The UPS Store in the Colonnade Plaza, in conjunction with Mail Boxes Etc. and The UPS Store locations across the country, has teamed up with the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation to announce its first year-round initiative, the Toys for Tots Literacy Program. Throughout March, The UPS Store will host a book drive to collect new books for local children. The store will also be selling $1 donation cards. For every dollar donated, a book will be donated to a local child, courtesy of Scholastic, Inc. For more information about the program, visit www.ToysforTotsLiteracy.org.
