CENTRE HALL — Established in 1954, Long Lane Farm — a crop farm in Centre Hall that also has a farm stand which sells a wide range of local products, including honey, maple syrup, locally made baked goods, fresh produce and more — will host its second annual Long Lane Farm Outdoor Market on Saturday, May 18, and Sunday, May 19, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on both days.

Located at 2353 Upper Brush Valley Road in Centre Hall, the farm is currently owned by third-generation owner Scott Long. In addition to the farm, he co-owns Long Lane Farm Stand LLC alongside Michelle Verge.

“Long Lane Farm is a family owned and operated farm. We all work together and depend on each other to keep the farm running for many years to come,” Verge shared. “We look forward to seeing our neighbors and fellow community members coming out to support us and other local farms and small businesses.”

The outdoor market will feature over 20 local vendors. Vendors will sell a variety of products, including various arts and crafts, clothing and accessories, home decor and more. Food vendors will also be present at the Long Lane Farm Outdoor Market, which Verge shares will include their famous Smash Burgers, made from the farm’s own ground angus and grilled to perfection at the stand.

In addition to the burgers, ground angus beef will be available for sale, as well as pure maple syrup, raw honey and candied jalapenos.
