Voters across Pennsylvania are selecting who will fill Pennsylvania’s three row offices — attorney general, auditor general and treasurer — in the 2024 election.

DePasquale served three terms in the state House and two terms as auditor general. Sunday has been York County’s district attorney since 2018. Also on the ballot are Justin L. Magill (Constitution Party), Eric Settle (Forward Party), Richard L. Weiss (Green Party) and Robert Cowburn (Libertarian).
Incumbent Auditor General Timothy DeFoor, a Republican, is seeking a second term. He faces Democratic challenger Malcolm Kenyatta, an three-term state representative from Philadelphia, as well as Constitution Party candidate Alan Goodrich, Libertarian Reece Smith and the American Solidarity Party’s Eric K. Anton..
For state treasurer, Republican incumbent Stacy Garrity is also seeking a second term and is running against Western Pennsylvania Democrat Erin McClelland, whose career includes a decade and a half in substance abuse and mental health counseling, project managing and program directing, as well as the Constitution Party’s Troy Bowman, Forward Party candidate Chris Foster and Libertarian Nick Ciesielski.
