The Acoustic Brew Concert Series will host a celebration of Celtic cultures on Saturday at the Boal Mansion Museum Amphitheater and Great Room in Boalsburg.

Celtic Fest, scheduled for noon to 6 p.m., will feature concerts, dance demos, bagpipers, crafters, food and drink.

Pennsylvania-based national touring act House of Hamill will headline the festivities with a 3:30 p.m. performance at the amphitheater. Playing Celtic folk music “with vintage vibes and a modern message,” the trio of Rose Baldino (fiddle and vocals), Brian Buchanan (fiddle, vocals, and guitar) and Caroline Browning (bass, mandolin, and piano) has released three albums, including 2021’s “Folk Hero.”

The band, which also tours with the Celtic rock group Enter the Haggis, is in the midst of a 2023 tour that is making stops in 28 states and three countries, including shows in Ireland in the fall.

Celtic Fest will also include performances by local favorites Callanish, Richard Sleigh, Jim Colbert, the Nittany Highland Pipe Band and the Rince Na Leon Irish Dancers, as well as a magic fairy play land presented by Tempest Studios and traditional storytelling with Jon Vickers Jones.

Food and drink vendors are scheduled to include Boal City Brewery, potions, elixirs and libations from Goblin Academy Mead, traditional European chimney cakes from Authentic Chimney Twists and snacks and drinks from the Boal Barn Snack Shack.

Arts and crafts vendors slated for the festival are the Art Alliance Potters Guild, Ancient Echoes Pottery, Castle Tales, Celt Wares, Happy Valley Golden Wheel and Mountain Meadows Soap.

Full festival tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for those 65 and older and $15 for students (with ID). Kids under 18 are admitted for free. Tickets can be purchased in advance at acousticbrew.org/event/celticfest-w-house-of-hamill.

The Boal Mansion Museum is located at 163 Boal Estate Drive, Boalsburg.
