STATE COLLEGE — Mount Nittany Health has announced through a press release the addition of Muqueet Kadri, MD, to Mount Nittany Physician Group Pulmonary Medicine and the critical care department at Mount Nittany Medical Center.
“I believe in treating every patient with the compassion, respect and honesty they deserve,” said DKadri. “Each person’s healthcare needs are unique. I strive to provide the best individualized care possible to each patient.”
Kadri earned his medical degree from Smolensk State Medical Academy in Smolensk, Smolensk Oblast, Russia. He completed internal medicine residency at Saint Michael’s Medical Center — Seton Hall University School of Health and Medical Sciences, in South Orange, N.J., and New York Medical College in Newark. Kadri completed his pulmonary disease and critical care medicine fellowship at Saint Joseph’s Regional Medical Center at New York Medical College in Paterson, N.J. He is board certified in internal medicine and pulmonary medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Kadri is fluent in the English, Russian, Hindi and Gujarati languages.
“To see a smile on a patient’s face, knowing I’ve made a difference in their quality of life is incredibly rewarding,” said Kadri.
Outside of the office, Dr. Kadri enjoys photography, cooking, and playing table tennis, volleyball and soccer.
