Penn State football will learn it’s postseason destination on Sunday, and the university has announced dates that fans will be able to purchase tickets for whichever bowl game that may be.
For eligible Nittany Lion Club members, online pre-sale requests will begin Sunday, Dec. 3, immediately following announcement of Penn State’s bowl game and run through 5 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 4.
Online pre-sale requests for Penn State Alumni Association members will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 5, pending availability. If tickets remain, a general public sale will begin at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 6.
Pre-sale requests and purchases will be made through GoPSUsports.com/myticketportal.
An allotment of tickets is being held specifically for Penn State students. Student Nittany Lion Club members will be able to purchase tickets online from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 4, through the Student Account Manager.
The sale for students tickets will be held Wednesday, Dec. 6 at 7 a.m. online through ticketmaster.com.
An Official Penn State Bowl Tour package also will be made available on Sunday, with details at GoPSUsports.com/bowlcentral.
The four teams selected for the College Football Playoff semifinals, to be played at the Rose and Sugar Bowls, will be announced at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday on ESPN. At 3 p.m. on Sunday, ESPN will announce the participants in the remaining New Year’s Six bowls – the Cotton, Orange, Fiesta and Peach Bowls.
Remaining Big Ten bowl assignments will be announced once the New Year’s Six bowls are finalized
