Section of U.S. 322 Near Boalsburg Reopens After 8-Hour Closure Following Crash

A section of U.S. Route 322 near Boalsburg was closed for about eight hours Wednesday evening into early Thursday morning following a multi-vehicle crash.

The crash happened around 7:45 p.m. Wednesday on the 2000 block of Boal Avenue in Harris Township near Tait Farm, according to information from PennDOT’s 511PA and Boalsburg Fire Company.

The road was closed in both directions between the Route 45/Old Fort exit and the Route 144 exit at Potters Mills until about 4 a.m., according to PennDOT and Centre County 911.

Details of the crash have not yet been released.
