Three-star tight end Luke Reynolds announced Saturday that he’s committing to Penn State football’s Class of 2024 over Pitt and Virginia Tech, among others. Reynolds is the fifth player and first tight end to join the Nittany Lions’ 2024 class.
Reynolds’ verbal commitment comes a week after he took an unofficial visit to Penn State and earned an offer from the Nittany Lions.
The Connecticut native plays his high school ball at Cheshire Academy, where he plays some quarterback, too, in addition to tight end. According to 247Sports, Reynolds is the 45th-best tight end in his class and the eighth-best player in his home state.
Reynolds joins offensive lineman Cooper Cousins, cornerback Kenneth Woseley, and linebackers Anthony Speca and Kari Jackson in Penn State’s Class of 2024. After Reynolds’ commitment, the Nittany Lions’ 2024 class still ranks No. 22 in the nation.
