Penn State football’s offensive line of the future is continuing to take shape following the commitment of 2024 four-star recruit Donovan Harbour on Tuesday afternoon. Harbour chose Penn State over Tennessee, Ohio State, and Michigan, among others.

The 6’3″, 310-pound tackle hails from Waukesha, Wisconsin, where he plays for Catholic Memorial High School. Harbour is currently listed as the 155th-ranked prospect in the nation according to 247Sports, and is the No. 1-ranked recruit from his home state. Additionally, he’s listed as the seventh-best interior offensive lineman in the country.

Harbour’s commitment comes after a visit to Penn State during the Blue-White Game.

“It was amazing,” Harbour told On3, following the visit. “I loved the atmosphere. I loved how they were having fun while competing with each other and also making each other better.”

The newest recruit is another in a long list of talent that rounds out the 2024 class. Penn State has now picked up 10 players in the Class of 2024. Most recently, the Nittany Lions landed three-star offensive lineman Caleb Brewer right after the annual spring game.

Prior to Harbour’s commitment, Franklin’s Class of 2024 ranked No. 8 nationally and No. 3 in the Big Ten.
