Penn State football is pulling out all the stops when No. 7 Michigan rolls into town next weekend debuting a new kind of stadium theme for the Wolverines this season.

Beaver Stadium will take part in a new “helmet stripe” stadium layout on Saturday, November 13 when the Nittany Lions take on Michigan. To complete the look, most of Beaver Stadium will wear white, while sections EEU, EE, WE, and WEU will wear blue. It’s basically just another White Out, but it resembles Penn State’s classic helmets.

Penn State’s matchup with Michigan was originally announced as a student section White Out way back when promotions were revealed in July. Of course, Beaver Stadium’s full-stadium White Out came against Auburn on September 18.

A kickoff time and broadcast destination for Penn State-Michigan are still to be announced. Penn State is currently one win away from bowl eligibility as the Nittany Lions head to Maryland this weekend before games against Michigan, Michigan State and Rutgers to close out the 2021 campaign.
