Aside from Penn State home football games, no other single event brings as much excitement and energy to the State College area as the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts. The Arts Festival promises great art and entertainment, a variety of good food, and plenty of fun. Not only do locals look forward to the Arts Festival, but artists and visitors from around the world come to celebrate the arts in Happy Valley.
