Centre County reported 22 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday to bring its total to 12,966, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
Pennsylvania added 2,564 positives, bringing its total to 935,834.
The county also had 82 additional negative test results, increasing its total to 61,375. Across Pennsylvania there were 8,325 new negatives for a total of 3,898,167.
DOH reported one new death attributed to the virus among Centre County residents, bringing the county’s total at 210.
With 74 new COVID-19 deaths reported statewide Pennsylvania’s total is now 24,100.
Mount Nittany Medical Center is currently treating 15 COVID-19 inpatients, four fewer than on Monday. The patients range in age from 20 to 84, according to a hospital spokesperson.
COVID-19 hospitalizations statewide continue to decline. Across Pennsylvania on Tuesday, 1,670 COVID-19 patients are hospitalized, including 350 in intensive care and 190 on ventilators.
An estimated 91% of COVID-19 patients in the state have recovered, per a health department calculation.
A total of 25,297 people in Centre County have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, including 11,649 who are fully covered with both required doses, according to health department data.
Among Pennsylvania’s total cases, 804,852 are confirmed and 130,982 are probable. In Centre County, 11,916 are confirmed and 1,050 are probable.
