Lego Hour at the Bellefonte Library — Thursday, Jan. 2
The Bellefonte chapter of the Centre County Library will have a Lego Hour from 3 to 4 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 2, at the library in Bellefonte. Legos, Duplos and other building supplies will be provided, and creations will be displayed in the Lego display case at the library. Registration is not required.

The Centre Hall chapter of the Centre County Library will have a Lego Hour from 3 to 4 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 2, at the library in Centre Hall. Life After Divorce — Thursday, Jan. 2
The weekly Life After Divorce meeting will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 2, in the third-floor library of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in State College. The support group supports people in any stage of transition at the end of the relationship. People in all phases of divorce or a relationship are welcome.
Centre Knitters Guild — Thursday, Jan. 2
The Centre County Knitters Guild meets on the first Thursday of every month from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Patton Township Municipal Building. The first half hour will include a meet and greet. More information can be found online at centreknittersguild.com.
Saturday Storytime — Saturday, Jan. 4
Guests are invited to the Schlow Centre Region Library from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 4, in State College for books, songs, fingerplays and more. The event is recommended for kids between 2 and 6 years old.
Saturday Baby Movers — Saturday, Jan. 4
Guests are invited to the Schlow Centre Region Library from 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 4, in State College for stories, songs and lots of movement. The event is recommended for babies 14 month or older.
Chess Club — Saturday, Jan. 4
Participants are invited to a walk in Chess Club with an instructor from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Jan. 4, at the Bellefonte branch of the Centre County Library. The club is open to kids, teens and adults with all skill levels welcome.
Knit Wits — Monday, Jan. 6
Community members are invited to bring their knitting or crocheting projects from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 6, at the Holt Memorial Library in Philipsburg. All skill levels are welcome to join. There is no set project, so guests are asked to bring what they are currently working on.
