Police said they have a suspect identified in an aggravated assault with weapon incident that occurred at North Fifth and East Spruce streets in Philipsburg on April 8.

Police stopped Jaedyn Gage, 20, of State College, for speeding near mile-marker 75.9 on Interstate 99 on May 31. Police said after investigation Gage was allegedly found to be under the influence of drugs. DUI charges were filed.

Police responded to a report of four family members in Benner Township receiving continuous calls and text messages from a relative on July 2.

A 27-year-old Philipsburg woman was arrested after she was found to allegedly be under the influence of drugs during a traffic stop on North Eagle Valley and Marsh Creek roads in Liberty Township on July 2, said police.

A 30-year-old Tyrone man was taken into custody and placed in jail for allegedly receiving stolen property and fleeing and evading police on Runville and Grand Slam roads in Boggs Township on July 10.

Police summoned the K-9 unit during a traffic stop on Interstate 99 in Spring Township on July 13 and during the exterior search the dog alerted to the vehicle. After a search warrant was applied and executed, fentanyl, methamphetamine, marijuana, THC wax and related paraphernalia were allegedly found, said police. The driver, Joshua Stasko, 30, of Clarence, was arrested for DUI. Drug-related charges are forthcoming towards Stasko and passenger Heather Adams, 41, of Moshannon, said police.

Police received a complaint of identity theft in which a Port Matilda man was contacted by his employer about an unemployment claim on July 14. Police advised the man to contact the Department of Labor and Industry.

A 66-year-old Lincoln University man was allegedly in possession marijuana, drug paraphernalia and six firearms during a traffic stop on Interstate 80 in Boggs Township on July 14. Charges are pending.

Police said they are investigating an ID theft incident involving a Julian woman in Union Township that occurred on July 16.

A 15-year-old girl allegedly struck an older female family member multiple times in the head and arm after a verbal dispute on Ash Street in Benner Township on July 19, police said.

Shawna Shay, 37, of Bellefonte, was arrested for disorderly conduct after she allegedly caused a disturbance at Snappy’s in Milesburg on July 20. Police said Shay allegedly engaged in a verbal argument with workers and made threats toward them.

Police were dispatched to 121 Mountain Vista Lane, Bellefonte, for a domestic altercation. It is alleged that Sarah Holland, 23, of Wallaceton, struck a man several times and refused to leave the area. Police said Holland also had active warrants and resisted arrest by kicking and biting. Charges are being filed.

Police investigated a report of an unauthorized unemployment claim from a Coburn woman on July 21.

On July 21 police stopped Pramechan McLeod, 31, of Saint Albans, N.Y., on Interstate 80 in Marion Township and determined that he was allegedly in possession of a small amount of marijuana. McLeod was arrested and transported to PSP Rockview for processing and released.

Police received a complaint of identity theft in which a Bellefonte woman said she received mail advising she could receive unemployment and a debit card on July 22. Police advised the woman to contact the Department of Labor and Industry.

On July 22 police responded to a drug overdose at 125 Brenda St., Potter Township. No further information was provided.

A Rebersburg man reported that his identity was used for a false unemployment claim on July 22.

A Millheim woman reported a false employment claim on July 22.

A Bellefonte woman reported that her personal information was used for a false unemployment claim on July 23, police said.

A Spring Mill man received a fraudulent unemployment claim on July 23. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at (814) 355-7545.

A Julian woman reported to police that her credit card was used without authorization at a local Wal-Mart for $569.97 in purchases on July 23. The investigation is ongoing.

Police report a 68-year-old man was charged with alleged DUI after he was involved in a single-vehicle crash at the intersection of Pine and Main streets in Millheim on July 24.

While responding to a reported overdose at 125 Brenda St., Potter Township, on July 24, police seized drugs and paraphernalia.

A red, white, blue and orange-colored motorcycle was reported as stolen out of a front yard on Mill Street in Howard Borough on July 24.

Police said multiple Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle action figures, ECW wrestling action figure and pro hockey cards were reported as stolen from a storage unit on Pleasantview Boulevard in Boggs Township on July 24.
