There are two options for parking. Located rear of 225 West Beaver Ave.  Double spaces:  $1680/year, $840 due at signing and $840 due by December 15.

This parking is a lot less than others but you need to know the other person parking so that you can shuffle vehicles if needed.

Single spots are $1140/year paid at signing.
