State College will have three new faces on its seven-member council and a new mayor come January.
Four candidates are vying for council seats this year, while the mayoral election is unopposed.
Democrats Gopal Balachandran, B. Divine Lipscomb and Richard Biever and Republican Jacob R. Werner are all running for council for the first time.
Ezra Nanes, who won the Democratic primary, has no opposition on the ballot.

Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 2. Polls will be open 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Residents have until 8 p.m. on Tuesday to return mail ballots to the Centre County Elections Office, 420 Holmes Street, Bellefonte, or one of eight secure drop-box locations.
