The internationally acclaimed Miguel Espinoza Fusion will bring its Living in a Daydream Tour to the Columbus Chapel and Boal Mansion Museum in Boalsburg this weekend.

The concert is set for 7 p.m. Saturday at the Boal Barn Amphitheater.

Miguel Espinoza is hailed as one of the best flamenco guitarists in the world. He is joined on the tour by Grammy Award-winning Howard Levy on harmonica and piano, Mario Moreno on percussion, Nabin Shrestha on tabla and vocals and Linda Richardson on the castanets.

The Denver-based Miguel Espinoza Fusion is currently performing to sold-out audiences across the northeast. The group won Denver’s Westword Magazine 2019 Best of World Music and its first album, “Turtle Dreams,” was the winner of Indie Acoustic’s Best Instrumental Album of 2019.

The group’s performances are full of original music that has been described as “colorful and vibrant,” “emotional,” a “stunning combination of jazz, flamenco and subtle world music” and “sophisticated rhythmic elements … emotional, natural and organic.”

Those attending are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and picnic blankets, dinners and drinks. For more information and to buy tickets, contact the Boal Museum at (814) 466-6210 or visit www.boalmuseum.com.
