Constance D. Randolph, 88, of State College, died Friday, October 4, 2024, at Mount Nittany Medical Center. 

Born July 7, 1936, in Allentown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Gustavo A. and Mary S. Bottega. 

On September 28, 1963, she married Fred C. Randolph, who preceded her in death. Also, preceding her in death was her former husband, John J. F. Harvey. 

She is survived by two sons, David K Randolph and his wife Kim of State College, PA and Michael Harvey of Hollidaysburg, PA and three grandsons, Nathaniel D. (fiancée, Megan), Dalton M., and Spencer M. Randolph. 

She was a sales associate at Bon-Ton in State College for many years. She was an active environmental and cemetery preservationist, genealogist, avid deltiologist, and local historian. In addition to being a member of Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, Connie was also a member of the Centre County Genealogy Society, Centre County, Juniata, Huntingdon, and Mifflin County Historical Societies as well as the Cecil County Historical Society in Maryland, the Association for Grave Study in Massachusetts, and past member of the State College Historical Resources Commission, and the State College Community Development Block Grant Commission. 

For those who will remember her when she was younger, she was an avid bowler in the State College, Bellefonte and Altoona bowling houses. Also, she was always up for solving a mystery. 

A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2024 from 6-8 pm at Koch Funeral Home, 2401 S. Atherton Street, State College. 

A funeral mass will be held on Friday, October 11, 2024 at 10 am at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, 820 Westerly Parkway, State College, with Father George Jakopac officiating. 

Burial will be held at a later date in Pine Grove Mills Cemetery.
